Returns & exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you can contact us for support via our e-mail info@monife.se . You are responsible for return shipping and are responsible for the product being well packaged and that the product is undamaged. If your return is accepted, you must return the product within 14 days for a refund to be made. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return are not accepted.
For all packages that are not redeemed, MONIFÉ reserves the right to charge you as a customer SEK 250 for incurred costs for return shipping and handling costs.
If you regret your purchase when the package has been sent from us, you must pick up the package from your service representative and pay a return. send it back to us If the package is not picked up, it is automatically registered so that it is not picked up and charged accordingly.

You can buy a consignment note via Postnord's website – otherwise you can also do it directly through a postal agent.
Damage and problems
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-return items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items, custom products (such as special orders or personal items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.
Unfortunately we can not accept the return of gift cards.
Exchange
When changing goods, the fastest way is to return the goods you have, and once the return has been approved, you make a separate purchase for the new product.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and make the refund. If you pay via Klarna, it is important that you notify them in the event of a return, this gives you as a customer the opportunity to defer your invoice or faster handling of the refund.
