Returns & exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, you can contact our support via our email info@monife.se. You are responsible for the return shipping and for ensuring that the product is well packaged and undamaged. If your return is accepted, you must return the product within 14 days for a refund to be processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

"For all packages that are not collected, MONIFÉ reserves the right to charge you as a customer 250 SEK for incurred costs for return shipping and handling fees."

If you regret your purchase when the package has been sent from us, you must pick up the package at your service point and pay for a return. If the package is not picked up, it will be automatically registered as not picked up and charged accordingly.

You can buy a shipping label through PostNord's website – otherwise, you can also do it directly through a postal agent.

Damage and problems
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, customized products (like special orders or personal items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific product.

We reserve the right to charge the customer at least 250 SEK for the return of a product with a defect caused by the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of gift cards.

Exchanges
When exchanging an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, you make a separate purchase for the new product.

Refunds
"We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return regarding whether the refund was approved or not. If it is approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund. If you are paying via Klarna, it is important that you inform them of a return, as this gives you as a customer the opportunity to postpone your invoice or expedite the refund process."
