Your order
When our goods have been packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a notification that your package has been packed and is on its way to you. In this email you will also receive a package number where you can search for your traceable package.
Yes, as long as an order is not dispatched, you can update or cancel it. As our orders are packed and sent shortly - it is usually not possible to make a change.
Always try to contact our customer service. Usually you have to complete with a new order or send the package back untouched.

For international orders, any import VAT and customs duty is up to each customer to pay.
We no longer send out delivery notes in the packages with regard to the environment. You can find all your purchases under "My Account" and in the order confirmation you received at the time of purchase.
Delivery
We offer all of our customers free shipping.
Our normal delivery times are 2-5 working days. Orders placed on weekends are sent no later than the following Monday. Should delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact our customer service.

In the event of a return, you are responsible for the return cost.
An uncollected package is sent back to us after two weeks with the agent. We then charge SEK 250 and return the remaining amount of the total amount.
We do not send out return slips with your order for the sake of the environment. If you want to return an item, you can read more below Refunds & Exchanges.
Personal content
You choose exactly how it should be structured – images, films, texts, sounds in the background, etc. Our hottest tip is that when you create your content, you should only go for your heart and bring out your creative side. Read "Our Policy" to get more information about file uploads.
The Gratitude box is equipped with a memory of 1GB. Your personal video or slide show has no maximum length as long as the content does not exceed 1GB in file size.
We recommend a length of at least 1-2 minutes and a maximum of 5 minutes for optimal results.
We offer all our customers a video guide if needed. We recommend that you create your own content to get an extra personal feeling in your gift.

Eternity Roses
Eternity Roses are real roses that have a retention of shape, structure, color and a lifespan of up to 5 years with the right form of care.
We use only roses of the highest quality, picked at the perfect time of flowering. After the roses have been harvested, they are transformed with a special pigmentation process into eternal works of art.
At harvest, the rose stem is immediately immersed in a preservative made of glycerin and other plant components. The plant juice is gradually replaced with the preservative mix over a period of a few days until the process is complete. Then each rose is carefully examined for cleaning damaged petals.
